IT Services for Parents

Arbor is our school management and communication system. You can use it to follow your child's progress at the Academy and communicate with us.

ParentPay is our online cashless payment system.

Access the website at www.parentpay.com.

  • You should receive your login details before your child joins the Academy in Year 7.

  • If your child joins the Academy during the school year, they should be given a printed copy of your login details on their first day.

  • If you haven't received your details, or have any issues/queries, please contact finance@hertswoodacademy.org.

SchoolCloud's ParentsEveningSystem is our service for booking and accessing online Parents Evenings.
