Accessing Hertswood Online Services
Students and parents can use the guidance below to help access Hertswood's online services. If you're still stuck, students can email 'IT' from their school email account, or parents can email helpdesk@hertswoodacademy.org.
Go to mail.hertswoodacademy.org for Gmail, or classroom.google.com for Google Classroom
Enter your username (e.g. 24jsmith), followed by @hertswoodacademy.org
Enter your normal school password (same as for the school Chromebooks/computers)
Forgot your password? Ask your parent/carer to email helpdesk@hertswoodacademy.org
This account will also give you access to your Chromebook and other Google Services, such as Google Drive and Google Docs
Go to login.arbor.sc
Enter your email address (e.g. 24jsmith@hertswoodacademy.org)
Enter your Arbor password (unless you have changed it, this is the same as your Gmail/Chromebook password
Forgot your password or first time user? Click the 'Forgot your password' link and put in your email address, to be emailed a link to select a new password
Click 'Sign in with Google'
If you are using your school Chromebook this should sign you in automatically. Otherwise enter your school email address (e.g. 24jsmith@hertswoodacademy.org) and standard school password

Your username is either your standard school username (e.g.24jsmith) or your email address (e.g. 24jsmith@hertswoodacademy.org) -- unfortunately the only way to find out which one is to try them
Enter your ActiveLearn password (by default, Hertswood2019)
